Apostle’s Letter for Thursday

Dearly Beloved,
Greetings of Grace and Peace in the Matchless Name of our Lord Jesus Christ by whom we have called into a deep and intimate relationship and fellowship with God as Father.
God is calling the Body of Christ into a higher way of living as demonstrated in Christ Jesus in His earthly walk. The standard of life in Christ Jesus is the standard we are called to.
John 14:12 NKJV
“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.”
Ephesians 4:13 AMPC
[That it might develop] until we all attain oneness in the faith and in the comprehension of the [full and accurate] knowledge of the Son of God, that [we might arrive] at really mature manhood (the completeness of personality which is nothing less than the standard height of Christ’s own perfection), the measure of the stature of the fullness of the Christ and the completeness found in Him.
2 Timothy 3:5 NLT
They will act religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that!
Any Christianity less than the standard the standard of life we see in Jesus Christ and the Apostles is substandard Christianity. See 2 Timothy 3:1-5. God’s intent in the Redemption is to reproduce a people who were like Him in character, conduct, charisma and compassion.
Colossians 3:9-10 NKJV
Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old man with his deeds, and have put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,
Ephesians 4:22-24 KJV
That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
According to the Scriptures, we have the Life and Nature of God. We have been created in righteousness and true holiness. Holiness is our nature. We have no excuse for a life of sin. We are God’s free people.
Romans 6:18 KJV
Being then made free from sin, ye became the servants of righteousness.
Romans 6:22 KJV
But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
We have been made free from sin. No true believer in Christ has any excuse for a life of sin. To make a habit of sin is to undermine the work of Christ in you. God is at work in you; yield to Him and let His Life, His Love and His Power shine through you. See Philippians 2:12-15; 1:5-6. Authentic Christianity is Christ formed or reproduced in a man as seen in the Scriptures below.
Galatians 4:19 MSG
Do you know how I feel right now, and will feel until Christ’s life becomes visible in your lives? Like a mother in the pain of childbirth.
Galatians 4:19 NLT
Oh, my dear children! I feel as if I’m going through labor pains for you again, and they will continue until Christ is fully developed in your lives.
Galatians 4:19 NKJV
My little children, for whom I labor in birth again until Christ is formed in you,
That’s Christianity: Christ revealed in and through a human person. Christianity is the Character and Charisma of Christ revealed through a human being. The Character of Christ refers to the fruit of the Spirit while the Charisma refers to the gifts of the Spirit. That’s authentic Christianity. This is what you should desire and press into. Do not settle for a Christianity that lacks moral power or spiritual potency. That’s a dead eastern religion. Come up to a higher place where people can say “I see Jesus in you.” That’s their confession they should have. It’s time to embrace authentic Christianity and leave the distorted forms of Christianity that are prevalent in our day. Do not settle until Christ is seen in you. Selah
In His Name,
DWF
