April Letter 10: What do you see?

Dearly Beloved,

Grace Greetings in the Matchless Name of our Lord Jesus Christ by whom we have received the mandate to teach, preach and heal as we take the Love of God, the Word of God and the Healing Power of God to the nations of the world.

Today I want us to look deeply into the subject of expectation or hope. We need to understand that in life we get what we expect. Expectation decides manifestation because expectation is the mother of manifestation. We attract what you expect. See Proverbs 23:18; 24:13-14; Romans 4:18 Weymouth, NLT.

You cannot live your life hopelessly and waiting for things to change. If you don’t decide what you want, you will settle for what you get. God ordained and established laws that govern spiritual activities in the earth. One of those laws is the law of expectation. A law is an established principle or a fundamental truth. A law is a principle that will work for anyone irrespective of age, race, gender or class at anytime and anywhere. See Mark 11:23; Acts 10:34-35; Romans 3:27 KJV, AMPC.

Expectation refers to what you want to happen, desire or hope for. God has given us His Word to show us what we should expect in life and believe for. For instance, we are living in challenging times and many are full of worry and fear. But the Bible shows that God has sent His Son to deliver us from this evil world. See Galatians 1:3-4; 1 John 5:19; Colossians 1:13-14.

The world is evil and full of dangers and tribulation but Jesus said, “I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have [perfect] peace and confidence. In the world you have tribulation and trials and distress and frustration; but be of good cheer [take courage; be confident, certain, undaunted]! For I have overcome the world. [I have deprived it of power to harm you and have conquered it for you.]” See John 16:33 AMPC.

The Bible also shows us that “when men say that there’s a casting down, we say there’s a lifting up.” God’s Word shows that man’s difficulties are simply God’s opportunity. God uses man’s problems to magnify His Power and reveal His Nature and Character. See Exodus 15:22-28; 2 Kings 19:15-55; Exodus 17:10-16; Genesis 22:1-18.

Today’s challenges are opportunities. The economic challenges means we are about to see Jehovah Jireh manifest. We will see and enjoy Divine Provision like never. People are afraid of sickness and dying. That means we can expect God to show Himself as the Healer. You will see Him manifest as the Resurrection and the Life in this year of Life. Hallelujah! See John 11:25-26; 11:41-44; Psalm 21:1-13; 2 Corinthians 1:8-10; 4:7-11.

Don’t say what the world is saying. Don’t fear what they fear. Let nothing intimidate you. You are not a child of chance. God prepares a table before you in the presence of the enemies not in their absence. You will see God show Himself strong on your behalf like never. Expect God to multiply and increase your provision. Prepare for a miracle while the world prepares for the worst. Your case is different Shalom. See Isaiah 8:10-18; Psalm 23:1-6; Exodus 8:20-24; 9:1-7; 13-26.
