Faith For Your Vision

Habakkuk 2:1-4
What is faith?Faith is the visible expression of confidence in God and His Word. See James 2:18,20,26
Faith is taking God at His Word. See Numbers 23:19; Romans 3:3-4; Luke 1:38,45.
Faith is acting on the Word. See Luke 5:5
Faith is confident rest in the faithfulness of God. See Hebrews 11:11; 1 Thessalonians 5:24 KJV; MSG
Faith is present confidence in God and His Word. See Hebrews 11:1
Faith is seeing life from the viewpoint of God’s Word. Faith seeing life from God’s perspective. See Romans 4:17; Genesis 17:4-8; Judges 6:11-16
Faith is a confidant attitude based on God’s Word. See 2 Corinthians 4:13; Hebrews 13:5-6
What is Vision?A vision is a revelation of God’s redemptive plan and your role in it. See Judges 6:11-16; Acts 26:16-19
A Vision is the image of a preferable future. It is a clear and compelling picture of the future that inspires people to cooperate or collaborate towards its fulfillment. See Proverbs 29:18; Acts 16:9-10; Genesis 11:1-6
How to develop faith for your vision:

  1. Clarity: Faith requires clarity. You vision must be clear and concise. You must be definite about what you want to achieve. See Habakkuk 2:2-4: Romans 4:17-18; Genesis 15:1-6
  2. Conviction: You have to believe in your own vision. The conviction of the leader becomes the inspiration of his followers. See Genesis 15:6; Romans 4:17-21; Habakkuk 2:4; Hebrews 11:11

What are the convictions you must have to see vision fulfilled?A. Believe that God cannot lie. See Numbers 23:19; Titus 1:2; 2 Timothy 2:13B. Believe that God is faithful. That is, He does what He says. See Hebrews 11:11; 1 Thessalonians 5:24; 1 Kings 8:56C. Believe that God has ordained your life to be a success story. See Jeremiah 29:11; Isaiah 14:24-27 MSG

  1. Confession: Speak what you believe. See Matthew 17:20; Mark 11:22-23. You will not see your vision fulfilled until you learn to boldly declare what you expect. Proclaim your aspirations. What you say is what you get. Proverbs 18:20-21; 13:2-3; Numbers 13:31-33; 14:1-10,28; Joshua 14:6-14; Luke 1:38; Mark 5:28 AMPC
  2. Community: A group of people of common interests or united beliefs. You need a community of faith friends. You cannot succeed alone. Ecclesiastes 4:9; Hebrews 3:12-13; Proverbs 27:17; 13:20. Your faith community should consist of the following: People who are above you who teach you, coach and correct you. Like Samuel to David or Zechariah to Uzziah. See 2 Chronicles 26:5. The essence of coaching is so that you can be more, do more and have more. People who stand beside you to encourage you and work with you. Believe that God will send you the right people to work with you. See 1 Samuel 10:26; 1 Chronicles 12:22,33-49,38
  3. Charisma: God will equip and empowe you to do what He has called you to do. There’s a grace to do what you are assigned to do. Grace is the divine empowerment for a God-given assignment. Grace is the ability to do effortlessly what is humanly impossible. Believe in the grace in you and on you. See 2 Timothy 1:8-9; Ephesians 3:7; 1 Corinthians 15:10
  4. Consistency. The fulfillment of any dream requires consistency. We have all learned in this ministry that success is a reward for consistency. Dreams are aborted or denied when there’s no consistent commitment to personal growth and development. You have to constantly invest in the development of your competence in incremental proportions. See Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:2-3; Proverbs 22:29; 13:4; 12:24,27; 10:4; James 1:25; Mark 5:28 AMPC

God Cares For You

Dearly Beloved,
Greetings in the Matchless Name of our Lord Jesus Christ by whom we have received the mandate to “Preach the Full Message of this New Life” to the peoples of this world.

It behooves me to write you an encouraging letter in the midst of the abundance of evil tidings and the prevalent fear in today’s world. God is still mindful of you. He does care about you. Nothing takes God by surprise. He saw it coming and has a protective plan to cover you and yours in these times.
Kindly remember how God distinguished the children of Israel while they were in Egypt from all forms of destruction and plagues in their day. The Lord does not change. We even have a better testament based on better promises. He who preserved Israel will preserve you and yours in these stormy times. See Exodus 8:22-23; 9:1-5; 10:21-23; Hebrews 7:22; 8:6.
This is a time to trust God to keep His promises concerning you and your household as outlined in Psalm 91. God is a faithful God who keeps covenant to a thousand generations. You are the seed of Abraham in Christ which means Psalm 91 and all its constituent blessings of protection are yours. See Galatians 3:26-29; Galatians 3:13-14: 2 Corinthians 1:18-20.
Feed your faith with the sure promises of God’s Word. Listen to faith boosting messages everyday. Speak the promises of God over you and your household everyday. Receive communion everyday as a family. Then walk in love. If you do these things, “No evil shall befall you and no plague shall come near your dwelling.” Hallelujah!!!
As it is written, “ “Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out.” See Deuteronomy 28:6. God is watching over you everyday. Fret not! Rest in His Love. He is more concerned about your wellbeing than you know. Remember He is always mindful of you. That means God is always thinking about you. Selah! See Psalm 8:4; 115:12-16; 144:1-3; 1 Peter 5:7-9 AMPC
In the midst of these perilous times, May God t Father Himself be your covering. May He cover you and yours all day long, keeping you free from harm, destruction and all forms of deadly infections in Jesus Name, Amen. You are safe in Him. Shalom
Blessings,

This Gospel

Greetings in the Matchless Name of our Lord Jesus Christ by whom we have received the mandate and the commission to enlighten the peoples of this world with the knowledge of God’s Word by providing, packaging and sourcing for quality programming that inspire faith, refine character and empower change in individuals and societies.

I believe that someday we will launch New Vision TV Europe; a TV station in the New Vision Family of Networks. We have a clear mandate to creatively and consistently present the Biblical message to a new generation without compromising its essence.

We are grateful for the launch of New Vision TV in Yenagoa that feeds and floods our African audience with information, inspiration and insight (with the inclusion of Southern Europe.) God has started something that will never stop. The Bible says, “Of the increase of His government and of peace there shall be no end.” See Isaiah 9:7a

The Gospel of Christ is to be preached to all Nations of the earth

We seek to proclaim the Gospel of Peace in sincerity, simplicity and in partnership with the Holy Spirit. I am passionate about seeing the Gospel dominate this world. My heart yearns to see the Gospel spread rapidly. The zeal of the Lord has consumed me. I have lost my dreams in His dreams. I have taken up His Vision to see souls saved, bodies healed, people delivered from all kinds of oppression. God help me. I have been enraptured with His dreams.

One night I woke up shouting, “My destiny is to preach the Gospel.” I kept on shouting it for a while. That was in October, 1996. It is still burning in my heart. I consider myself a bond slave of the Gospel. Christ’s dream for the world must be achieved in our generation. It must not die. It must not be delayed. It MUST come to pass. “And this Gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations.” I am sold out to God’s redemptive plan. I will preach it. I will promote it. Together we will blanket this world with the Gospel. God is with us. He will help us. He will sponsor us. He will thrust us forward. Selah

The Mindset of a Successful Minister

Proverbs 23:7; Philippians 2:5; 3:15-17
Your mindset decides from the outset the outcome of your life.
The quality of your thinking is what determines the quality of your life. Your quality of your thinking decides the quality of your living.
The state of your mind is what determines the state of your life and ministry. See 2 Corinthians 10:3-6; 2 Timothy 2:24-26
Success is a reward for thinking, talking and acting in line with God’s plans and purposes for your life.

  1. Audacity: God called you to do this. Knowing that you are genuinely called of God emboldens. See Hebrews 5:4; 1 Timothy 1:12; Galatians 1:1,10
  2. Veracity: Know that God’s Word is truth. You believe it and act on it. You are called to be an example of faith to other believers and faith is taking God at His Word. See Numbers 23:19; Romans 3:3-4; Titus 1:2; 1 Timothy 5:12; Hebrews 6:12; 13:7
  3. Identity: Know who you are. Your identity is what determines your attitude, your behavior and your performance. See 1 John 4:4; 5:4; Jeremiah 1:4-10; Matthew 5:13-16
  4. Authority: You have authority over every devil. To succeed in ministry, you must understand your authority in Christ, appropriate your authority and exercise your authority. Ministry is Warfare. See Matthew 16:18-19; 18:18-20; Luke 9:1; 10:17-20; Mark 9:38-39
  5. Capacity: You have the Power to do what you are called to do. Whatever God has called you to do is what He will empower you do. See Matthew 10:1; Luke 9:1-6; Ephesians 3:7; Philippians 4:13; 2 Corinthians 3:4-6; 4:7
  6. Generosity: Know the Power of giving. Generosity endears you to God and men. See 1 Kong’s 3:1-15; Luke 6:38; 16:10-12; 1 Corinthians 16:15-18; 2 Corinthians 9:6-8
  7. Priority: Do all that you do to promote the kingdom of God. See Matthew 6:33; 2 Chronicles 26:5; John 4:34; 8:29; 9:4; 6:38; Matthew 12:28
  8. Intimacy: Your personal walk with God is very important. All fruitfulness flows out of intimacy. See John 15:4-5. The place of Prayer is the place of empowerment. Acts 4:29-33; James 5:16. The place of prayer is the place of direction. See Mark 1:35-39; Acts 13:1-2. Get intimate with God through the Word. The Bible is the thoughts of God captured in print. See Daniel 11:32; 1 Samuel 2:12; 3:7,21; Acts 20:32; Exodus 34:5-10
  9. Intensity. You cannot be passive and succeed in ministry. You need to be passionate about your work. See John 9:4; Matthew 11:11-12; 1 Corinthians 9:16-18; Acts 17:16
  10. Consistency: Success is a reward for consistency. See Joshua 1:8; Psalm 1:2-3; James 1:25. If you will be faithful to do exactly what God has called you to do, you will get the reward thereof. See Proverbs 20:6; 28:20; Luke 16:10-12

A Christian’s Assurance in the Face of Crisis Featured

Galatians 1:3-4 KJV
Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:

2 Samuel 24:25 NKJV
And David built there an altar to the LORD, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings. So the LORD heeded the prayers for the land, and the plague was withdrawn from Israel.

Christ Jesus has been offered on behalf of the Body of Christ. He has offered Himself without spot to God to cleanse us from our sins which delivers us from this present evil world. Christ’s death was the full payment for all our sins. This was the propitiation for our sins. God looks upon us in mercy and chooses to watch over us and protect us as His own. See 1 Corinthians 6:19-20

The Blood of Jesus Christ has established a New Covenant based upon better promises. The New Covenant is far better than the Old Testament. If God protected those in the ancient times under the Old Covenant, then most assuredly He will see to it that you are safe. See Matthew 11:11; Hebrews 7:22; 8:6.

Remember that God the Father loves you the way He loves Jesus. Think about it. God would willingly and joyfully do for you whatever He would have done for Jesus if He was here on earth. Why? Because as He is so are we in this world. You are the Body of Christ. See John 17:23; 1 John 4:16-18; 1 Corinthians 6:15-17; Colossians 1:24.

You are not an ordinary person. See 1 Peter 2:9; 1 Corinthians 6:1-3. You have a privileged place in God. Get it straight: You are special to God. He considers you a special envoy and an ambassador of the kingdom of God. You are entitled to the protection of angels. See 2 Corinthians 5:20.

Psalms 91:11-13 NKJV
For he shall give his angels charge over thee,
to keep thee in all thy ways.
They shall bear thee up in their hands,
lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder:
the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

Psalms 34:7 NKJV
The angel of the LORD encampeth
round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.

God has assigned His angels to protect you and to preserve in these times. Fret not, God is faithful, He won’t let you down. He preserved Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. He plagued Pharaoh and his family because of Abraham and Sarah. He closed the wombs of everyone in Abimelech’s because of them too. You are the seed of Abraham. So you can be rest assured that God will preserve you and deal with all those who come against you. Selah

Let the following words comfort your heart:

Isaiah 41:10-13 KJV
Fear thou not; for I am with thee:
be not dismayed; for I am thy God:
I will strengthen thee;
yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded:
they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.
Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee:
they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought.
For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand,
saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.

Rest in the Lord. He will protect you, preserve you and cover you at all times from the evils of these last days. Not one of your hairs will perish. Trust God! He has been doing this for a very long time. Selah

Who We Are, Why We Are and What We do

Who We Are, Why We Are and What We do

Psalm 82:5; Ephesians 5:15-17; Colossians 1:9-11; Philippians 1:9-11

Purpose is the reason for a thing. It is the original purpose for which a thing is created or made.

Your purpose is your why. It has been said that the man who knows how will always have a job but the man who knows why will always be his boss.

You cannot fully enjoy divine provision until you first of all discover and align with Divine Purpose. Purpose is the key to unlocking Divine Power and unleashing your potential. See Ephesians 1:15-19

What is the Church?

Now let us look at the primary purposes of the Church

Now let us look at the primary purposes of the Church:

  1. To Magnify God: The primary purpose of the Church is to glorify God and to magnify Him before the sons of men. All that we do in the Body of Christ has one primary purpose, that is, TO GLORIFY GOD. When this becomes the chief aim or goal of all our activities, it streamlines our focus and purifies our motives. See Isaiah 43:7; 43:21; Psalm 86:9; Matthew 5:13-16; John 15:8; 17:4; Romans 1:8; 15:5-6; 1 Corinthians 6:19-20; 10:31-32; 1 Thessalonians 1:4-10; 1 Peter 2:9; 2:11-12; 4:10-11
  2. To Mirror Him. We are called to reveal and to reflect the Charisma and the Character of Christ, that is, the Love and the Life of Christ, the Person and the Power of Christ. Christianity is the revelation of Christ in a human person. It is Christ reproduced in a man. That is the essence of Christianity. The Church exists to show Christ to the world. They should look at us and see Jesus. See Acts 4:13; Galatians 4:19 KJV, GNT, NLT, MSG; John 14:12; 13:34-35; 15:12-13; Romans 8:28-29; 1 Corinthians 12:7; 2 Corinthians 3:17-18; Philippians 2:14-15; Colossians 1:24-27; James 2:14-26; John 17:22-23,26; 1 Peter 2:21-22; 1 John 2:5-6
  3. Missions: We exist to expand the influence and the impact of the kingdom of God in the earth by winning souls. It’s our primary purpose. The Church is a soul winning venture. It is a spiritual organization with the sole aim of bringing people out of darkness into the light. See Acts 13:47-48; 26:16-19. The Church is more than a gathering. It is the consulate of the kingdom of God for the purpose of colonizing the nations. See Matthew 28:19-20; Mark 16:15; Matthew 24:14; Mark 13:10. We are called and commissioned to reach out to the lost. See Luke 19:10; 15:1-10; Acts 8:4-13. Soul winning is the primary aim of the Church. See 1 Corinthians 9:19-23; 10:31-33; 1 Peter 3:1-2; 1 Corinthians 7:16
  4. Membership. Those we win have to organized into a local church and cell groups for the purpose of fellowship and mutual edification. A Church is no church if there’s no mutual interaction or fellowship amongst its members. There must be mutual connection between members. It is association of likeminded people. See Philippians 1:27; Hebrews 10:24-25; Acts 2:1-4; 41,46-47; 4:4; 5:14; 6:7; 20:7; 1 Corinthians 12:12
  5. Maturity. We have to work to see that our members grow up spiritually. This happens when teach and preach the Word of God and make it our Rule Book for all matters of faith and practice. A Mature Christian thinks, speaks and does the Word. See 1 Peter 2:1-2; Galatians 4:1-2 KJV; Romans 8:14-17; 8:18-22; Galatians 4:1-7; Ephesians 4:11-16
  6. Mutual Love and Edification: We exist to build one another up and to edify one another. We are called to encourage one another, pray for one another share with one another. The Church is a place of mutual love. It is community that thrives on selflessness and self sacrifice. See Acts 2:44-46; 4:34-37; John 13:34-35; 1 Corinthians 12:12-27; Philippians 2:1-11; Romans 15:1-6. We are called to help and support one another in times of need. See Acts 11:27-30; 12:25; Romans 15:25-26; 1 Corinthians 16:1-2; 2 Corinthians 8:1-15
  7. Mentorship. The Church is a place of mentorship and apprenticeship. People need to be mentored and discipled by mature believers. Every church must set up a system and structures that will facilitate mentorship. See Mark 3:13-15; Philippians 2:19-22; 1 Corinthians 4:15-17; 1 Timothy 4:6-8; 2 Timothy 3:14-17
  8. Ministry. We have to equip and empower the saints to serve and minister in the Body of Christ. Every believer has a Ministry within and outside the Body of Christ. We are called to serve in the kingdom and in the Marketplace. The Church is a place of Equipping and Empowering people to effectively use their gifts and abilities to serve the interests of the kingdom of God by creating value within the Church and in the Marketplace. See Ephesians 2:10; Acts 11:22-26; Acts 13:1-4; Ephesians 4:11-12,16; Galatians 5:13; 1 Peter 4:10-11; Romans 12:4-8
  9. Manifestations: We are called to demonstrate and manifest the Power of God to the church and to the world. We are called to make God real to the peoples of this world by the demonstration of God’s Power wherever we go. See Mark 16:17-18; 16:20; 1 Corinthians 2:4-5; 12:4-11; Acts 4:29-31,33; 5:12-16; 8:5-13; 14:3; 19:11-12
  10. Multiplication. God has called us to multiply disciples and churches everywhere. Every church is called to reproduce itself by raising disciples. We are called to plant churches that plant other churches. This is a kingdom and every kingdom seeks to spread and expand its geographical territory and influence. The kingdom of God is no different. We must keep planting and pioneering new churches by multiplying disciples through an active, effective leadership development system. See Acts 8:4-13; 11:19-21; 16:9-10; 2 Timothy 2:2

Consider This: The Paradox of God: When Least Expected

Consider This:
The Paradox of God: When Least Expected

1 Corinthians 2:6-8 NKJV
However, we speak wisdom among those who are mature, yet not the wisdom of this age, nor of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, the hidden wisdom which God ordained before the ages for our glory, which none of the rulers of this age knew; for had they known, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

God is a thousand thousand times amazingly smart and astonishingly brilliant than we could ever know. When we study the history of God’s dealings with men we will notice that every time it seems that man has come to the end of Himself, that’s when God steps in.

2 Corinthians 4:6 NKJV
For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Matthew 4:16 NKJV
The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light,
And upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death Light has dawned.”

You will also notice that in the darkest and blackest of times, God shines His light of Hope through the darkness. For instance, When the children of Israel were under Roman occupation and the reign of Herod, they had no idea that it was the appropriate time that Messiah would be born. God always shows up when men least expect Him to. Think about that for a moment. That’s why His coming will be like a thief in the night.

When Pharaoh was killing the male seed of Israel, no one would have thought that it was the time that their deliverer would be born. Interestingly, Moses was nurtured, raised and cultured in Pharaoh’s house. All that Moses learned was used for the furtherance of God’s plan and purpose for Israel. Think about it.

When Israel was under siege by the Philistines with Goliath as their leader and champion, no one would have thought that was when one of the greatest Kings of Israel would introduced to the world as an outstanding warrior. David emerged when Saul hid. In these times, men and women after God’s heart will be launched to the forefront. Selah

When Jesus was been tortured before He was nailed to the cross at the crucifixion, it seemed it was all over for this new faith and the way of life that He purported. When He gave up the ghost and was buried, it seemed as if it was forever closed that Christianity was a thing of the past, but they did not know about the resurrection. After that dark moment in history came the greatest story of victory ever told: Victory over death.

A man once gloated about the end of Christianity. He boasted that Christianity would be a thing of the past, amazingly, it was from his house that the first printed Bible was produced. It is inconceivable to think that God can be defeated. God always wins. The Bible always outlives its critics. Christianity always outlasts its prosecutors.

This present challenge will not end Christianity. It will birth a new phase of God’s work in the earth. God will bring a new thing out of this. He will raise a new breed of people, a remnant totally sold out to the furtherance of the kingdom of God with no personal or private agenda. He will make the devil pay. Yes He will! People are desperately searching for truth. Are you aware that more people are reading the Bible these days more than ever. Are you aware that souls are been saved online? Keep your eyes open. Be alert, in the midst of this, God is up to something. Selah

A Christian’s Assurance in the Face of Crisis

Galatians 1:3-4 KJV Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:
2 Samuel 24:25 NKJV And David built there an altar to the LORD, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings.

Psalms 91:11-13 NKJVFor he shall give his angels charge over thee,to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder:the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
Psalms 34:7 NKJVThe angel of the LORD encampethround about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
Isaiah 41:10-13 KJVFear thou not; for I am with thee:be not dismayed; for I am thy God:I will strengthen thee;yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded:they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee:they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought. For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.
Rest in the Lord. He will protect you, preserve you and cover you at all times from the evils of these last days. Not one of your hairs will perish. Trust God! He has been doing this for a very long time. Selah

How To Use Your Authority

Dearly Beloved,
Grace and Peace be multiplied unto you from God the Father and from Jesus Christ our Lord in whose Name we have been given authority over devils.

Love Greetings in the Matchless Name of our Lord Jesus Christ through whom we have an unqualified access the the Father and all the bounties of heaven. See Ephesians 1:3; Philippians 4:19.
Today I want us to look at the subject of authority. Authority in its simplest terms is “Delegated Power.” Authority is the legal right to use power. It is the right to command and enforce obedience. Authority is right, mastery, jurisdiction, capacity etc. See Luke 10:17-19.
Until a believer understands his or her authority in Christ he or she will not be able walk in victory and enjoy the quality of life that God has ordained for him or her.

We live in a wicked world. See 1 John 5:19; Ephesians 6:18; 1 Thessalonians 2:18; 1 Corinthians 16:9. There are spiritual forces that seek to hinder your progress, delay your dreams and destroy you and yours. See John 10:10a. But God has an answer to all of these.
Firstly, we need to know that the blood of Jesus Christ and His vicarious death on the cross did not only fix the sin problem.
Hebrews 2:14-15 KJVForasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
The word destroy in this context means the following:

The Believer has tremendous Authority in Christ
  1. To render entirely idle or useless
  2. Abolish
  3. To do away
  4. To make of none effect
  5. To bring to nought
  6. Inoperative
  7. Inactivate
  8. To cause a person or thing to have no further efficiency
  9. To deprive of force, influence or power

This means that when Jesus died on the cross, He incapacitated the enemy. By virtue of Christ’s death on the cross, all of satan’s power over us is broken. The blood of Christ delegitimizes satan’s authority over us. His authority over us was due to the sin question. The Bible says, “The wages of sin is death.” This means the payment for sin is death. The death of Jesus Christ was the FULL payment for all our sins. See Hebrews 9:14-17; 9:26-28;10:5-13; Romans 4:25; 1 John 3:8; Colossians 2:13-15 ESV.

By reason of Christ’s death we are free people. Satan’s hold or control over us has become illegitimate. The price has been paid. We have been bought with a price. No matter the covenant that our ancestors had with satan or devils, by reason of the New Birth and the efficacy of the blood we are free people. The blood of Jesus has broken our ties with such allegiances. When we say the sinner’s prayer or accept Christ as our Lord and personal savior, we have broken any ties or link with those devils. We have pledged our allegiance to a new King: Jesus is His Name. He is our Lord.
Ignorance is the devil’s greatest weapon against the Church. He will bring up issues of your past against you in order to keep you condemned and under the whiplash of shame, guilt and condemnation. You need to know that God forgives completely and thoroughly. See Hebrews 8:12; 10:17; 1 John 1:9; 5:17.

This is the reason why the Lord sent us to preach repentance and remission of sins. See Luke 24:46; Acts 5:31; 13:38-39; John 3:16-17. When people become aware of the fact that Christ’s death makes satan’s hold over them illegal, they will resist and rebel against his oppressive rule over them. They will become bold to command and demand for their freedom and their liberties from all kinds of spiritual oppression. The blood of Jesus has set you free. The blood has cleansed you. Take a bold stance against the enemy in the authority of Jesus Christ’s Name. Demand your freedom. Christ has redeemed you from the curse. See Galatians 3:13-14; Ephesians 1:3-4.
Isaiah 49:24-25 KJVShall the prey be taken from the mighty,or the lawful captive delivered? But thus saith the Lord,Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered:for I will contend with him that contendeth with thee, and I will save thy children.
To be continued….
