Celebrate God’s Goodness
“Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.”
1 Chronicles 16:34 (NKJV)
Secondly, we celebrate God’s goodness.
Psalm 106:1-2 (NKJV) says, “Praise the Lord! Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever.
Who can utter the mighty acts of the Lord? Who can declare all His praise?”
Psalm 107:21-22 (NKJV) says, “Oh, that men would give thanks to the Lord for His goodness, And for His wonderful works to the children of men! Let them sacrifice the sacrifices of thanksgiving, And declare His works with rejoicing.”
God expects you to thank Him for His goodness. Whenever He does anything for you offer unto Him thanksgiving.
There are people who have been desiring that which God has given to you and you received it easily by His grace, so do not take His goodness lightly, offer unto Him thanksgiving.
When God gives you a child and you come to the altar for the dedication of the child, make sure you honour God well.
Bring a befitting offering and present it before the Lord because of His goodness towards you.
Dear Father, I thank You for the favour upon my life. I thank You dear Father for shelter. I give You thanks dear Father for touching the hearts of men and women to favour me. I thank You Father for making the finances I need this season available to me, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

2 Samuel 6:12-15 (NKJV)
Now it was told King David, saying, “The LORD has blessed the house of Obed-Edom and all that belongs to him, because of the ark of God.” So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-Edom to the City of David with gladness. And so it was, when those bearing the ark of the LORD had gone six paces, that he sacrificed oxen and fatted sheep. Then David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was wearing a linen ephod. So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the LORD with shouting and with the sound of the trumpet.
Psalm 107:31-32 (NKJV)
Oh, that men would give thanks to the LORD for His goodness, And for His wonderful works to the children of men! Let them exalt Him also in the assembly of the people, And praise Him in the company of the elders.
