Faith In God’s Willingness.
“Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,” Romans 4:16
Faith is being convinced of God’s willingness to use His power for your benefit. This means you believe that God will use His power to help you. This is important because your revelation of God is what determines what you receive and what you expect from God.
I want you to know that your view of God can hinder you from receiving from God. If you have the wrong view or revelation of God you may not be able to receive.
Notice that in our opening scripture the Bible says, “Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; …” That means in the realm of faith everybody is at a common ground.
In Mark 11:23, Jesus said, “… whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.”
Jesus was referring to anybody when He said ‘whosoever.’ Hence faith is no respecter of persons. Therefore what God has done for anyone by faith, He can do for you if you believe. Whosoever can have whatsoever if they believe.
Please read Ephesians 3:2-4 and ask God to give you the grace for insight and revelation into God’s Word, His will and His plan for your life.
