Know Your Worth
“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9
There are people who judge themselves based on what they have done. No matter what you have done, whether good or bad, it is not the measure of your worth in the sight of God.
No matter how terrible what you did is, the blood of Jesus has washed it away the moment you asked God for forgiveness.
Do not label yourself based on what you have done. Your past is behind you. If you have asked God to forgive you, then do not ever bring it up again before Him because He has washed it away.
Also, do not label yourself based on what you haven’t done but by the price that was paid for you by Jesus.
If you label yourself based on anything outward you will be insecure. For instance, the clothes you wear don’t make you, you make the clothes you wear.
Deal with your real value. Your real value is in your spirit. That is based on who God has made you.
If you are living with any unconfessed sin in your heart as a Christian, I encourage you to confess your sins, repent and receive forgiveness.

Proverbs 28:13 (NKJV)
He who covers his sins will not prosper, But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.
Romans 6:17-19 (NKJV)
But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness.
1 Corinthians 6:9-11 (NKJV)
Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
