March Letter XX:
Grace and Destiny 1
Greetings of Bliss, Goodwill and Peace in the Matchless Name of our Lord Jesus Christ by whom we have been given Eternal Life and the Power of the Holy Spirit who has come to empower us with all that we need to be, do and have everything that God wants us to be, do and have. See 2 Peter 1:3-4; 1 John 5:10-13.
We serve a God who is thoughtful, tactical and thorough in everything He does. God does not make mistakes. He sees the end from the beginning. He knows everything about the Past, the Present and the Future. You can trust Him with your life. He has the Power to do everything that He says. He has the ability to fulfill every promise that He made. See Hebrews 11:11; Romans 4:17-21; 1 Thessalonians 5:24.
This same God has planned your life to the minutest detail. Your life is not a mistake. Your life is not an experiment. You were born to be a trophy of God’s Grace, a reminder of the faithfulness of God and a testimony of the goodness of God. See Ephesians 2:1-10; Psalm 139:13-18 NIV;
Don’t let the current challenges discourage you and distort your focus. God knows what He is doing. He will use all your challenges to His glory. Rest in the Hands of the Master Orchestrator of all things. Everything He made was good. The human body is a marvelous machine that men are still studying today because of its complexity and the amazing ways it functions. God made that wonderful masterpiece.
God is more concerned about the fulfillment of your destiny than you are. It is His plan. It is His vision. It is His dream. His glory is tied to it. Trust Him. He will work things out for your good if you will only trust Him fully and abandon yourself to the integrity of the One who has never failed anyone. God will not experiment with your life. You are too precious to Him. Things will get better.
Every vision has an appointed time. Life is in seasons and stages while men are in sizes. Wait for your season. It may not look like the vision will ever come to pass but it will. David was anointed King at seventeen and he waited for thirteen years before he became the King of Judah and another seven years before he became the king of all Israel. The vision may be tarrying wait for it. It will surely come.
There was a time you were impatient to grow beard and you used mentholated spirit to stimulate its growth but today it grows effortlessly. We cannot achieve effortless success without Grace. See Matthew 11:28-30; 2 Corinthians 12:9-10.
Grace is the Divine empowerment for a God given assignment. Grace is the Power of God at our disposal to help us fulfill destiny and put us over in the challenges of life. God gives grace for every season. Without Grace or the Divine Input all our efforts are meaningless and our struggles will achieve nothing. See 1 Corinthians 15:10, Ephesians 3:1-7.
Things may not be going your way right now. What you need to do is to ask for grace. You need to learn how to access and multiply grace. When Grace shows up, disgrace ends. When grace comes, the struggle stops. But the question then is how do we access grace? Good question. We will answer it tomorrow.
