Put On Christ
“For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.”
Being children God means we have the nature and character of God in us by faith in Christ Jesus.
When the Bible says in our opening scripture, “For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ.” This means that you are clothed with Christ. Being baptized into Christ makes you a member of the Body of Christ and a part of the corporate Christ.
Being part of the corporate Christ means that your hands are the hands of Christ. Hence every part of your physical body is a member of Christ because you are a part of the corporate Christ. Therefore whatever will happen through the Body of Christ, will happen through you.
In 1 John 4:17 the Bible says, “Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.”
I want you to know that as a Christian you are an expression of the person, presence and power of Christ wherever you are and wherever you go.
In the Name of Jesus, I declare that the person, presence and power of Christ finds expression through me today wherever I go, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

John 14:23 (NKJV)
Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him.
Acts 17:28 (NKJV)
for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, ‘For we are also His offspring.’
Colossians 1:27-29 (NKJV)
To them God willed to make known what are the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles: which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily.
