Thirty Days of Praise
Kind Greetings in the Matchless Name of our Lord Jesus Christ by whom we have received the mandate to provide a template for revival to the peoples of this world.
Welcome to the Month of Blessings. The Blessing is the Divine Empowerment to be, do and have all that God has ordained for you to be, do and have. The Blessing is the Creative Power of God to meet any need in the realm of human endeavor. The Blessing is the divine empowerment to prosper. See Genesis 1:28; Genesis 17:15-16; Proverbs 10:22; Acts 3:25-26; 20:35.
Psalms 67:5-7 NKJV
Let the peoples praise You, O God;Let all the peoples praise You.Then the earth shall yield her increase;God, our own God, shall bless us.God shall bless us,And all the ends of the earth shall fear Him.
The Bible says when we praise will make the earth yield her increase. The New Living Translation says the earth will yield her harvests. This means that praise will facilitate whatever has been held back or delayed. Therefore, Praise and thanksgiving facilitate answers to prayer.
Acts 16:25-26 KJV
And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.
From the Scriptures above, we can see clearly that praise facilitates speedy answers to prayer. Praise is the heartfelt expression of adoration to God through words, songs, dance or instruments for what He has done, what He is doing and what you expect Him to do for you. Praise has to be intentional and habitual. See Psalm 92:1-3; 150:1-6; 149:3; 145:1-3.
Prayer without praise and thanksgiving is incomplete. This is why many answers have been delayed in many lives. It is time to do things God’s way if we want to see the quality of manifestation that Jesus and the Apostles experienced. Please kindly find below the power of thanksgiving in the greatest miracle done by Jesus Christ.
John 11:41-44 KJV
Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.
Therefore, in this month we will focus on praising God throughout the day. Instead of asking for anything we will praise Him and thank Him for what we have been praying or expecting. David prayed God three times a day and praised God seven times a day. See Psalm 119:164; 55:17.
Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Always remember that Prayer without praise is incomplete. You will see more results in your life if you learn to praise God habitually for everything you are expecting Him to do for you.
Praise creates an atmosphere for Divine Visitation and Divine habitation. If you want your life to be characterized by the Presence and the Power of God you have to be a praiser. God inhabits the praises of His people. See Psalm 22:3; 9:1-3; 18:1-3; 8:2. Let’s break the stronghold of delay by habitual praise. Selah
