Vision Requires The Input Of Others 2
“Where there is no vision, the people perish …”
Our opening scripture reveals that where there is no vision the people perish. Yet it is important to understand that without a people, the vision will perish. This is why we have to teach others to do what God has called us to do.
In Matthew 28:19-20 Jesus said to the disciples, “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: …” God expects us to raise people.
2 Timothy 2:2 says, “And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.” So you need others for the fulfilment of a God-given vision.
This is why every Pastor must have a system of raising workers and ministers. For instance, the largest ministries on the earth as anointed as they are, have people who are they have trained working with them because no one can fulfill a God-given vision alone.
If you want to fulfill the vision God gave you then you must focus on leadership development. Your vision requires the expertise of others.
Please read Proverbs 3:20 and ask God to bring into your life men and women who will be a Blessing to your life and accelerate your growth and progress.
