Why God Guides? 2
“With your unfailing love you lead the people you have redeemed. In your might, you guide them to your sacred home.” Exodus 15:13 (NLT)
A second reason why God guides you is because He loves you.
Guidance is an act of love and compassion. When you guide your children and tell them things they should not do at certain times, it is because you love them.
It is time for you to get rid of all those wrong assumptions you have in your heart concerning divine guidance.
God’s guidance over your life will not put you into bondage nor will it stop you from enjoying life.
Psalm 77:20 (AMP) says, “You led Your people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron.”
If you are a Christian, you are God’s flock and He seeks to guide you tenderly. If only you will hearken to His voice and follow His leading you will never see lack.
The Psalmist enjoying the divine guidance of the Lord said in Psalm 23:1-2 (AMP) says, “THE LORD is my Shepherd [to feed, guide, and shield me], I shall not lack. He makes me lie down in [fresh, tender] green pastures; He leads me beside the still and restful waters.”
Like the Psalmist, that is what you will also enjoy when you follow divine guidance.
Please declare Psalm 23:1-6 over you and your household today.
