“That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life. The life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us” 1 John 1:1-2 (NKJV)
Our opening scripture today helps us to see that the life of God is a person. In other words, Jesus is the embodiment of the divine life. This means that we see in Jesus what eternal life will do in a human body.
So when we see Christ in the scriptures, He did not fall sick, He had dominion, He was very intelligent, etc. Therefore whatever I see in Christ is available to me if I have His life in me.
Colossians 3:4 (NKJV) says, “When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory.” Notice that Christ is referred to as our life. Christ has become your life now as a child of God.
Colossians 1:27 says, “… Christ in you, the hope of glory.” Therefore because Christ is in you, eternal life is in you, wisdom is in you, you are righteous, you are sanctified and justified.
1 Corinthians 1:30 (NKJV) says, “But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God — and righteousness and sanctification and redemption.” Praise God.
In the Name of Jesus, I declare according to 1 Corinthians 1:30 that Christ is made unto me wisdom; therefore I have the wisdom of God. Christ is made unto me righteousness; I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. Christ is made unto me sanctification; I am holy and separated to God. Christ is made unto me redemption; I have been bought with a price therefore I glorify God in my body and spirit which belong to Him.

Galatians 2:20 (KJV)

Galatians 4:19 (KJV)
My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,
1 John 5:20 (KJV)
And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, [even] in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
