Changing from Glory to Glory

Changing from Glory to Glory

Dearly Beloved,
Greetings of Goodwill, Bliss, and Peace be unto you in the Matchless Name of our Lord Jesus Christ by whom we have received the mandate to embrace, embody, and exemplify the Vision, the Virtues, and the Values seen in the life of Jesus and the Apostles.
This is a New Season of unprecedented revelations and encounters with God the Father through the Written Word and the Holy Spirit. Whenever God decides to change your season he will change your thinking.
The mind is the warehouse of our thoughts and the factory of all that we say or do. The Bible says, “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he.” Your life right now is the physical manifestation of your thought life. See Proverbs 23:7; Titus 1:15-16; 1 Corinthians 13:11; 1 Corinthians 14:20 NIV
There are many of us who desire change in our lives and we think we change by sheer effort or determination but many have come to realize the inconsistencies in their lives and the inability to maintain the disciplines they need to habitually express.
However, in the Bible, God shows the way out. We change permanently when our thinking changes. The renewing of your mind is the key to the transformation of your character and your behavior.
Your thoughts are the software of your actions. If we will habitually and consistently give time to reading the Word, meditating on the truths contained in therein and practicing its principles our lives will change and move forward. See Romans 12:2; Ephesians 4:17-18; 4:20-25; Jeremiah 6:19
This is exactly what God taught Joshua in Joshua 1:8. He was to think upon the Word (Meditate), speak the Word (Confession) and do what the Word says (Corresponding Actions). That’s the guaranteed way to enjoy unending progress. See Psalm 1:1-3; 119:97-100; Matthew 7:24-27.
Paul advised Timothy accordingly. He told him to meditate upon the inspired words he had received and give himself completely to the Word and his profiting or progress will appear to all. Permanent progress is impossible without a consistent mental upgrade. See 1 Timothy 4:14-15; 1:18; 2 Corinthians 4:3-4; Ephesians 1:17-18.
You have to make up your mind to gather books that relate to the areas you want to see change and dig into the Scriptures intentionally to discover and identify truths to live by. Meditate and contemplate those truths in your mind, speak them consistently, and do them and you will make unstoppable progress. Selah
