You are not Forgotten

You are not Forgotten

Dearly Beloved,

Love Greetings in the Matchless Name of our Lord Jesus Christ by whom we have received the mandate to “Preach the Full Message of this New Life” to the peoples of this world.

Today is another day to look deeply into the Word of God to answer probing questions in the hearts of His people. As a student of the Word and a practical thinker, there are things I have observed that I think we should discuss. Things delayed dreams and expectations.
Habakkuk 2:2-3 NKJV

Then the LORD answered me and said:
“Write the vision
And make it plain on tablets,
That he may run who reads it.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time;
But in the end, it will speak, and it will not lie.
Though it tarries, wait for it;
Because it will surely come,
It will not tarry.

Many times when God speaks to us or puts a vision in our hearts, we think it will happen immediately or overnight but it doesn’t happen as quickly as we expect. When this seeming delay happens, many become discouraged not knowing that God takes time to prepare us for what He has prepared for us.
Hebrews 6:11-12 NKJV

And we desire that each one of you show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope until the end, that you do not become sluggish, but imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
Psalms 105:17-21 NKJV

He sent a man before them—
Joseph—who was sold as a slave.
They hurt his feet with fetters,
He was laid in irons.
Until the time that his word came to pass,
The word of the LORD tested him.
The king sent and released him,
The ruler of the people let him go free.
He made him lord of his house,
And ruler of all his possessions.

The fulfillment of any worthwhile vision takes time. A true vision will test your patience. It takes faith and patience to achieve your God-given vision. The proof of maturity is patience: The willingness to wait. While patience is the proof of trust. See Romans 4:17-21; Habakkuk 2:1-4; Hebrews 6:13-18.

All anxiety is rooted in fear and unbelief. Anxiety, worry, and stress are all rooted in a lack of trust in God’s faithfulness. Patience is resting in God’s faithfulness. Faith is trust and confidence in God. Faith is trusting God to do what He promised. See Hebrews 11:24-27; James 5:10-11; 1 Thessalonians 5:24; Hebrews 11:11; Numbers 23:19-20.

If it seems that what you believe in is taking a long time, be patient. God will not fail you. He will not deny Himself. He will bring His Word to pass in due season. He will make His Word good. God is not slack concerning His promises. See 2 Peter 3:9; Hebrews 10:36; Galatians 6:6-10.

There’s a due season for everything that God has promised us or ordained for us. You just keep investing in your personal growth and keep developing yourself in the Word until the promise manifests. God will not fail you.
